Non-standard Wedge
It is mainly used in the situation of stamping process which the standard wedge can not meet, such as long and wide installation surface, larger stroke, larger processing force and larger return force, etc, what's more, the cost of making non-standard wedge is lower than that of outsourcing standard wedge. Generally, when the length of the wedge mounting surface is more than 400mm, the wedge should be non-standard. Non-standard wedge is generally used for side (hanging) trimming punching and side (hanging) flanging shaping moulds.
